You’ve played this game. Everyone with fingers has. It is so simple too; you count to three with your hand bunched up in a fist. You shake it out waiting until the last moment just to bust out with rock, paper or scissors. Rock beats scissors, scissors beats paper, paper beats rock. That's all you needed to know. Sometimes you’ll twitch a little and sort of change that paper to a rock. C’mon we’ve all fibbed and cheated in those games.
Rock, Paper, Lasers
Some would say making a video game about this rather simple game (and yes it has been done) is rather boring. The fun came from kind of being random about it. But it seems this game decided to break that mold – deciding that you are always ‘rock,’ tossed out the scissors, added lasers onto your rock and made paper a huge book. I mean really, that’s hilarious, flying around on a book shooting for great justice as a laser rock.
Yeah, in reality it's a shooter of things that crawl onto your paper…err...book but you get to be an over-powered, laser shooting, teleporting rock. You get fun power ups and just to make things funnier, there is friendly fire. It’s all about you surviving. Rock, paper, scissors is OK, but a rock shooting lasers is much cooler. That premise alone is rather amusing. And well, it beats trying to get adults to play rock, paper, scissors. It seems that it’s not a big hit with the over 10 crowd.
