Third and Final Fallout 3 Expansion Announced: Broken Steel

Finally, what all of you Xbox 360 gamers have been waiting for, the third and the final expansion for Fallout 3. PS3 gamers will weep, as this expansion, like the other two which preceded it, is only available for download on the Xbox 360. But, if you are an Xbox 360 gamer, you are lucky, because this expansion adds tons of game play to your favorite role playing game. And you thought you had beaten it already…shame on you!

Why Broken Steel is the Third and Final Expansion for Fallout 3
The dudes over at Bethesda, the makers of Fallout 3, have decided that they will be embarking on their next gaming project, after spending nearly six years working on Fallout 3. Keep in mind it took fours years to create the game anyways. So after six years, they are all done making this game and are moving on to their next big project. We will keep you informed of what that project is.

What You Get with Broken Steel
You get several new weapons including the Heavy Incinerator (a ranged flamethrower) and the Tesla Cannon (a laser rail gun that pumps off tons of laser rounds into your enemy). You also can regenerate your dog friend, Dog Meat, who will always come back instead of dying right away. Finally, they upped the level cap from 20 to 30, which will offer you endless hours of playing time exploring the vast wastelands and getting your character up on levels. Finally, the game picks up right where the original missions ended, and now its up to you to join hands with the Brotherhood of Steel and hunt down the last remnants of the Enclave soldiers as you free the wasteland from their vice grip. They also added new levels and dungeons as well as some new creatures and robots to destroy.

If you thought that the first two expansions for Fallout 3 were hot, they are nothing when compared to the offerings of Broken Steel. This third and final expansion for the 2009 Game of the year, and in our opinion, perhaps one of the best role playing games that has ever been designed, will wow you from head to toe.
