This game has it all: violence, criminal enterprises, newer and more improved cars, especially the physics and how they handle, and one of the largest free-world cities to ever be created for any game. Considering that Grand Theft Auto IV is the biggest rival to this franchise, EA more than likely felt that they had to go above and beyond anything that they had ever done before in order to at least provide some form of competition to the juggernaut that is GTA and Rockstar. And guess what? They fully deliver on all levels.

Better camera angles provide much more depth to the playing field. There are more things to do, namely by allowing you to build your family, create ‘Made Men’ and constantly expand your criminal enterprise to the farthest reaches possible—not to mention plenty of new and nifty weapons to use! While the game borrows a bit here and there from the movie series, it really shouldn’t be confused as a classic game after movie title. Rather, this game uses the basis of the movie as a foundation, where you are offered total control over Sonny Corleone and his family of Italian, hard hitting thugs. Can you bring the family back to their glory days? Can you conquer the streets and make your mafia organization the largest and most respected ever? A few hundred hours of game play makes this gamer think hell yes! Better graphics and faster frame rates just add to the awesomeness of this new title, one that screams perfection in many different facets!

A solid title with much to do and so many hours of game play time that many gamers may seem simply overwhelmed at first prospect. But a solid and helpful, in depth and in game tutorial will bring you up to speed on all the motions of the controllers. Fantastic graphics augment an already great game. Light reflects realistically off cars, the cars look more real and drive better than ever before. The weapons have been enhanced and there are better shooting physics, not to mention more robust camera angels. Godfather II has it all…a whopper of a game title with so much to offer that it is not even funny people! Play this Game!”
