Top Five Reasons Why Rock Band is the Shizzle!

If you are unfamiliar with the smash hit video game, Rock Band (and yes I know that the second version is already out and selling hotter than nearly any other game ever to be released) then you may not know why it rocks so hard! And for those of you who are familiar with this smash hit title, many of you are already haplessly hooked on its solid offerings and endless hours of interactive, multiplayer entertainment. However, I felt it entirely necessary, and with good reason, to laud and tout this game as it is one of the more enjoyable games that you can play, and for oh so many good reasons. Whether you are a musician or not, a rock star or a normal person: Rock Band Rocks!

Top Five Reasons Why Rock Band is the Shizzle!
1. You can form your own virtual rock band and take over the world of music. Even Guitar Hero is limited in this capacity. However, Rock Band takes the mantra to a whole new level; perhaps the inspirations for the high volume of sales the game has realized.
2. Did I say that you don’t have to be musically inclined to become a virtual rock star in this game? If not, well…you don’t. You just need to get good at the controls, and boom: you are a rock star!
3. You can play multiplayer same console. Different friends of yours can use different instrument-shaped controllers to form other pieces of your band. Rarely do games offer same console multiplayer cooperative modes anymore for the Xbox 360.
4. There are numerous Rock Band competitions held around the world and at various venues each month. You can enter such events to win money and move on to the next round!
5. When you are playing the game using the controllers it really does feel like you are in an actual rock band, even if you are only playing cover tunes. This game gives everybody a chance to experience what it would be like to be in a rock band. And for many people, that will be the only way that they can experience such enjoyment.
